Chicago is in Illinois, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Chicago follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. I love this place!! I brought my car in for some body work and paint on my back quarter panel. They matched the paint perfectly! I brought my car in a second time for some issues with my steering wheel being tough to turn. Instead of having to spend over $5000 on parts they were able to clean off the parts that were rusted and fix my steering issue for under $400! I drive an Audi and you can trust them to work on your import! Highly highly recommend Domi, Taylie and George are the best! 10/10!

I was really distressed when a tow company damaged my front bumper, but the folks at Leo's really took care of me! They were incredibly efficient with the work (they completed the repairs in four days) AND they were were incredibly nice and friendly. Taylie and Domie were so kind. Not only that, but they got my car washed inside and out and replaced my windshield wipers. I will definitely be going back and recommending to all my friends!

Shout out to Leo's - They took care of my car after some minor cosmetic damage. Domi was friendly and professional and understood this was an out-of-pocket expense so it didn't need to be repaired to the specifications of an insurance claim. She communicated all of the repair options clearly and succinctly. I really appreciate an honest and dependable repair shop. Leo's saved me money and time, as the repairs were completed in a couple of days. 9 months later and the repair still looks great! I will absolutely bring my car back in the future.

I lived around the corner from Leo’s for about 8 years, and always LOVED them. They’re trust worthy, kind, good people. I don’t know about you, but I do not take that for granted. Especially in Chicago. πŸ’—πŸ’—πŸ’—πŸ’—πŸ’— These folks do excellent work! Each-and-every-time. Thorough; detailed; efficient; communicative; on time; professional. I’ve worked with them several times. Most recently, a SUPER sweet older woman hit my car in the Whole Foods parking lot. She’s loyal to them, too. Had the same impression of their character and work. I picked my car up KNOWING things would be right. And they were. Thank you for being an excellent local business! Thank you for your integrity!

Updating review from 5 to 2 stars. You really need to inspect their work when you pick your car. Run it under a hose with water to ensure proper alignments & seals. Within a week of picking up my van, I realized that there was a 1 square inch hole in my rear door, I could see the sun shining through. I returned to Leo's & showed him the issue. He said "grab a zip lock bag and use some spray foam, fill the bag with the foam & close the door so you can get a mold then glue that to the door." The door is obviously out of alignment, rain gets through and I have tried adding door seals to close that gaps but no use. GO ELSEWHERE. Took my 1995 Chevy Gseries to repair a dent, and to inquire about another dent/hole. They provided a fair and reasonable estimate and conducted the repairs within their provided window.
